RSS

December 22, 2008

So, I created a bloglines account. It is a good idea, but I am too busy to actually use it much. I created it over a month ago and have only used it a couple of times since. Here are the things that I subscribed to: Unshelved, ThreadBanger, Library Journal News, CCLS 23 Things, Cuddlefish Crochet, Crochet and Other Stuff, Crochet and Knitting, craftster.org blog, Ana Paula, and Flickr’s *Crochet* Pool. It is convenient to have blogs that I am interested in gathered in one place, but I do not check it as often as I thought I might. Probably this is because I just do not have the time to browse the internet. After I finish grad school I imagine that it would be more useful because I would have time to browse the internet and stay up to date on blogs that I like. Libraries could use RSS to keep up to date on library related blogs.
